Confirm plan eligibility

Email hosting is included on Pro and Business plans only. Starter does not include email hosting.

If you cannot receive mail

  • Check MX records.
  • Confirm the mailbox exists.
  • Check quota and forwarding rules.

If you cannot send mail

  • Use the full email address as username.
  • Confirm SMTP server, port, and SSL/TLS mode.
  • Retype the mailbox password.
