If you cannot receive mail
- Check MX records.
- Confirm the mailbox exists.
- Check quota and forwarding rules.
If you cannot send mail
- Use the full email address as username.
- Confirm SMTP server, port, and SSL/TLS mode.
- Retype the mailbox password.
