Normal build timing
Builds can take several minutes, and larger rebuilds can run longer. Queue position depends on active workers and current demand.
Timeout rule
The production build hard cap is 3 hours. If a build gets stuck beyond the allowed window, the system should fail it and avoid leaving it permanently running.
Credits
If the build fails because of a platform-side error, credits are refunded automatically or reviewed by support. If you cancelled or submitted bad input, refund handling may differ.
What to include in a ticket
Send the project ID, URL, approximate time, and the visible error message.
