Common causes
- Insufficient funds.
- Expired card or incorrect CVC.
- Bank fraud checks blocking the transaction.
- International or online payments disabled by the bank.
What to do
Try again once, then contact your bank or use another payment method. Avoid repeated rapid retries if the bank is blocking the charge.
Duplicate pending orders
If one attempt fails and another succeeds, the paid invoice is the active purchase. Unpaid stale orders are cancelled automatically where possible.
