How to cancel

  1. Log in to your Xelora account.
  2. Go to Services → (your plan) → Cancel.
  3. Pick a reason (helps us improve).
  4. Confirm.

Cancellation vs refund — two different things.

Cancellation stops future billing. You can do it from the dashboard at any time.

Refund means getting money back for what you’ve already paid. Refunds are available within 14 days of paying for a website builder plan, requested via support ticket so we can match the charge. The 14-day money-back applies to the website builder plan fee only — domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable (we don’t get those back from the registrar).

So: cancel any time, get a refund within 14 days.

What happens to your site

  • You keep access to the editor until the end of the billing period.
  • Your domain stays with you (we don’t hold domains hostage).
  • Your data is removable on request.
  • You can re-activate later if you change your mind.

What we won’t do

  • No surprise auto-renewals after you cancel.
  • No retention sales calls.
  • No making it harder than it should be.
