Setting up Outlook for your Xelora email

Before adding the account

Create the mailbox in your Xelora service first. Use the mailbox password and full email address when Outlook asks for credentials.

Typical setup

1. Open Outlook account settings.
2. Add a new account.
3. Choose IMAP if Outlook asks for the account type.
4. Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server settings from the service panel.

If Outlook keeps asking for a password

Confirm the username is the full email address, remove saved bad credentials, then add the account again.
