Setting up Apple Mail and iPhone

Connect Pro or Business plan email to Apple Mail using IMAP and SMTP.

Before you start

Email hosting is available on Pro and Business website builder plans. Create the mailbox first, then add it to Apple Mail or iPhone.

Typical settings

  • Account type: IMAP.
  • Username: your full email address.
  • Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com, SSL/TLS.
  • Outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com, SSL/TLS.

If setup fails

Check the password, use the full email address as the username, confirm DNS is pointed correctly, and test webmail if available.
