What help is included with Pro and Business

Pro and Business plans include occasional small help once you're live — small fixes, image swaps, link repairs, publishing guidance and minor layout tweaks. Bigger work is quoted separately.

Occasional small help included

Once your site is live on Pro or Business, just email us when something small needs fixing. No tickets to fight, no formal scopes, no clock-watching.

What's included

  • Small text fixes — typos, copy tweaks, contact details, hours, prices.
  • Image swaps — replacing a hero image, switching out a gallery photo, refreshing a team headshot.
  • Broken-link fixes — links pointing at the wrong place, dead URLs, menu items that don't go anywhere.
  • Publishing and domain guidance — pointing your domain at Xelora, setting up DNS records, walking you through the live launch.
  • Minor layout help — small layout adjustments where reasonable, like swapping a section order or tightening spacing.

What's not included in the plan

These are things we do — but they sit outside the monthly hosting plan and we'll quote them separately so the pricing stays fair for everyone:

  • Full redesigns after launch
  • Ongoing content management
  • Large new page builds
  • Ecommerce, shops or product catalogues
  • Booking systems
  • Custom features or integrations
  • SEO campaigns
  • Ad management

If you're unsure whether your request is a small fix or a bigger job, just ask. We'd rather help you figure that out together than have you avoid asking because you're worried about scope.

How to get help

Email support@xelora.host or message through your Xelora account. A real human (usually Simon) replies within one business day.

The point of including some help in the plan is so you don't feel stuck. You shouldn't need to learn the editor to fix a typo. That's our job.
