Yes — you have three options.
Option 1: Keep your domain where it is, point it at Xelora.
Easiest. You stay with your current registrar (GoDaddy, Crazy Domains, VentraIP, etc). We give you DNS records to add at their end. Your site lives on Xelora hosting. You keep the domain bill where it is.
- No interruption to your existing email if you don’t want to move it.
- Takes 5–30 minutes once you add the DNS records.
- We’ll walk you through it during launch.
Option 2: Transfer your domain to Xelora.
Move both hosting AND domain into Xelora. One bill, one dashboard, one place to manage everything. Domain transfer fees apply (set by the registry, not us).
- Cleaner long-term.
- Takes 5–7 days for the transfer to complete.
- You still own the domain — we don’t lock you in.
Option 3: Start on a Xelora subdomain.
If you’re not ready to point a real domain yet, we’ll give you a free yoursite.xelora.host-style address. Connect a real domain later.
What we don’t do
- We don’t force a transfer or lock your domain in.
- We don’t charge a fee to manage a domain that stays with another registrar.
- We don’t change your existing email setup without you asking.
