Move a domain you already own. Free for eligible .au domains; other extensions show a transfer fee (which includes a 1-year renewal) before checkout.
You will enter your EPP / Auth code at checkout.
Before you start, at your current registrar:
- 1. Unlock the domain (turn off the registrar / transfer lock).
- 2. Turn off WHOIS / ID privacy so we can confirm the transfer.
- 3. Get your EPP / Auth code (you will enter it at checkout).
- 4. The domain should be older than 60 days and not transferred in the last 60 days.
.au domains transfer differently (no EPP code) and are free — just enter the domain and we will guide you.
