Join the Cluster

Search by the live server name first. If the browser is slow, use direct connect with the game port.

Find the right listing.

ASA can hide perfectly healthy servers behind the wrong browser filters. Use these steps before assuming the server is down.

Set filters

Open Join Game and use Unofficial > Player Servers. If crossplay is enabled, avoid platform-only filters such as PC-only or console-only.

Search names

Search part of the exact live server name, not just the website name. Use the list below if this is a cluster.

Password filter

Leave password-protected filters off unless an admin says the server has a password.

Direct connect

Open the console and run open play.demo-cluster.net:7777. Use the game port, not the query port.

Server browser search

Search these live names in ASA. If a map is passworded, enable the password-protected checkbox before refreshing.

Direct connect fallback

Use this when the browser listing has not propagated yet, filters are hiding the server, or you want to test reachability quickly.

If joining fails after selection, make sure your BattlEye launch setting matches the server.

Confirm mods are installed and up to date before joining.

Daily restart windows are announced before downtime.

Maintenance is announced in advance when possible. Most restarts take 5-10 minutes.
