Join the Cluster

Open the in-game server browser, switch to Unofficial > Player Servers, and search the live server name.

Find the right listing.

ASA can hide perfectly healthy servers behind the wrong browser filters. Use these steps before assuming the server is down.

Open Join Game and use Unofficial > Player Servers. If crossplay is enabled, avoid platform-only filters such as PC-only or console-only.

Search part of the exact live server name, not just the website name. Use the list below if this is a cluster.

Leave password-protected filters off unless an admin says the server has a password.

In the server browser, set the session type to Unofficial > Player Servers, then search the live server name below.

Search these live names in ASA. If a map is passworded, enable the password-protected checkbox before refreshing.

The listing can take a moment to propagate, or browser filters can hide a healthy server. Search by name instead of assuming it is down.

In the server browser, search

The Island — PvE

Make sure the session type is set to Unofficial > Player Servers, then search the name above to find the live listing.

If joining fails after selection, make sure your BattlEye launch setting matches the server.

Confirm mods are installed and up to date before joining.

Daily restart windows are announced before downtime.

Maintenance is announced in advance when possible. Most restarts take 5-10 minutes.
