Join the Cluster
Open the in-game server browser, switch to Unofficial > Player Servers, and search our session name.
Find the right listing.
ASA can hide perfectly healthy servers behind the wrong browser filters. Use these steps before assuming the server is down.
Set filters
Open Join Game and use Unofficial > Player Servers. If crossplay is enabled, avoid platform-only filters such as PC-only or console-only.
Search names
Search part of the exact live server name, not just the website name. Use the list below if this is a cluster.
Password filter
Leave password-protected filters off unless an admin says the server has a password.
Find & join
Type our session name The Island — PvE into the browser search, then select it to join.
Server browser search
Search these live names in ASA. If a map is passworded, enable the password-protected checkbox before refreshing.
Search by session name
Use this when the listing has not propagated yet or filters are hiding the server. Switch the browser to the unofficial player-server list and search our name.
The Island — PvE
Set the filter to Unofficial > Player Servers, then search the session name above. Tick "Show password protected" if a map is locked.
Ask the admins.
Drop the admins a message for setup help, tribe questions, or rule clarifications.
